Movement is the particular expression of each human being. By dancing, the individual is able to reveal its most intimate characteristics. Through the movements of our body, we can learn to relate our intimate being to the outside world. We receive external stimuli that make us react, projecting our internal impulses.
As we develop awareness of ourselves and the ambience, we discover that the body must transform in to a sensitive instrument to allow the interrelation between the inner and outer world to manifest.
